1. Identity and scope
RelaunchLab is currently an independent, experimental and non-profit project led by Davide Mori. It is not represented as an incorporated company, agency, incubator, fund or investment programme. These terms govern browsing the website and using its public channels.
2. Informational content
The content describes proprietary apps, internal projects and a possible collaborative lab. It does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment or other regulated professional advice. App status, platforms and store links are shown only when verified, but may change.
3. Contact channels
A general message does not guarantee a response or response time. The network expresses informal interest only: it does not create membership, matching, employment, partnership or fundraising. A project submission starts a possible non-confidential assessment: it does not create an NDA, engagement, due diligence, acceptance, financing or a guaranteed result. Support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis without an SLA.
Do not submit secrets, credentials, special categories of personal data, unauthorised third-party material or unlawful content. You are responsible for having the right to share what you submit.
4. Acceptable use
You must not attempt unauthorised access, circumvent safeguards or rate limits, upload code, interfere with the service, use forms for spam or impersonate third parties. The operator may limit abusive requests and retain minimised evidence for security purposes.
5. Intellectual property and links
The brand, copy, identity and website assets remain the property of their respective owners. Browsing does not transfer reuse rights. Third-party trademarks, platforms and services belong to their respective owners; an external link does not imply control or endorsement.
6. Availability and liability
The website is maintained with reasonable care but may be suspended for maintenance, security or external causes. Continuity, absence of errors, selection of proposals or economic results are not guaranteed. Mandatory liabilities under applicable law and any applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
7. Changes and contact
