1. Scope
As of the date of this update, RelaunchLab.it uses only technical cookies and storage tools that are necessary for security, requested functions and remembering preferences. It does not use advertising, analytics, profiling, fingerprinting or cross-site tracking cookies.
Server logs are not cookies and are described in the website privacy notice.
2. Technical tools used
rl_admin_session— a first-party cookie used for administrative authentication and, when a public function starts a session, for secure continuity, anti-CSRF protection and the operation receipt. Ordinary informational pages do not set it automatically. It is a session cookie with Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax attributes; scripts cannot access it and it does not follow the user across other websites. On the server, the session expires after 30 minutes of inactivity and in all cases within 8 hours.rl_consent_v1— a first-party Local Storage entry that records the panel version, the necessary technical preference, any choice concerning the optional category and the update date. It remains until the website data are deleted or the version changes. It does not contain a name, email address or advertising identifiers and is not transmitted to third parties.- Service worker and Cache Storage — retain static assets and an offline page for availability and performance. They do not retain administration pages, form submissions, personal requests or legal documents as authoritative offline copies. The cache is replaced when the website is updated or can be deleted through the browser settings.
3. Optional category
The optional category is currently empty: no analytics, advertising or personalisation script is configured. Selecting “accept optional” in the panel records only the local preference and, in the current configuration, does not activate any service or data transfer.
4. Legal basis and consent
The tools described above are strictly necessary to provide a requested function, protect the service or remember the expressed preference. Under Article 122 of the Italian Personal Data Protection Code, they do not require prior consent. The panel available on the website provides transparency and preference management, but it is not used to obtain consent for optional tools that do not exist.
5. Future services and third parties
Before any non-technical tool is introduced, this policy and the implementation will be updated: the tool will remain blocked until free, specific, informed and demonstrable consent has been obtained, with refusal and withdrawal as easy as acceptance. At least the name, provider, purpose, duration, recipients and any transfers will be identified.
6. Management and deletion
The “Cookie preferences” panel can be reopened from the footer, and cookies, Local Storage and Cache Storage can be deleted through the browser settings. Blocking or deleting technical tools may prevent administrative login or require the preference to be set again.
