1. Scope and acceptance
These terms describe the use of UNTIL, including the Share Extension and widgets, when they are incorporated by a distributed build. The app provider is Davide Mori, as part of the independent RelaunchLab project. Installing or using the app constitutes acceptance of the applicable terms, without prejudice to the user’s mandatory rights.
2. Product purpose
UNTIL is designed to retain information that is useful for a limited period on the device. It is not a permanent archive, cloud or synchronisation service, backup, password manager, document or evidentiary retention system, medical device, alarm or emergency service.
Do not use UNTIL as the only copy of credentials, essential documents or information that must survive, have evidentiary value or remain available without interruption. The user must export in good time anything they intend to keep.
3. Expiry and deletion
An item stops being active at the selected expiry and remains recoverable for 24 elapsed hours. After that window it is no longer eligible for display and is physically removed at the next opportunity allowed by iOS. The operating system does not guarantee background activity at an exact time, so logical expiry and physical deletion may not coincide.
Deletion concerns the internal UNTIL copy and does not alter the original in Photos, Files or other apps. UNTIL cannot delete copies that have already been exported.
4. Import, export and permissions
Imports create internal copies and do not replace the originals. Exports and sharing occur only following a user action and then come under the control of the selected app or service. Some functions depend on permissions, available storage, hardware and iOS behaviour.
The user is responsible for having the right to process, import or share the content and for respecting confidentiality, intellectual property and third-party rights.
5. Acceptable use
UNTIL must not be used for unlawful activities, to infringe the rights of others, to circumvent device protections or to retain content whose management in the app is incompatible with regulatory or professional obligations applicable to the user.
6. Availability, updates and support
Compatibility and functions may depend on the iOS version and Apple APIs. Updates required for security, compatibility or product development may modify functions. Support is provided with reasonable care but without guaranteed service times, unless required by law.

7. Warranties and liability
The app is not intended for critical uses and the recoverability of every item is not guaranteed in the event of a failure, exhausted storage, removal of the app, loss of the device or operating-system behaviour. Nothing excludes or limits warranties, liability or remedies that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited.
8. Licence, privacy and applicable law
For a copy obtained through Apple’s App Store, unless a future Custom EULA is made available through the store, Apple’s Standard EULA and the UNTIL licence notice apply. Privacy is described in the UNTIL privacy notice.
The governing-law and forum rules stated in the platform licence apply, without prejudice to mandatory rights guaranteed to consumers by the law of their country of habitual residence and mandatory jurisdiction rules.
9. Changes
Material changes result in a new version with an effective date. A change does not retroactively reduce rights already accrued and does not replace Apple’s Standard EULA.
